Thirty years ago, a talk by Florence Littauer, the author of a book called Personality Plus, spurred Kathleen to turn that passion into a career, two best-selling books, and now… a movement.
She has taught thousands of people how their wiring affects the words they use, in service to what she describes as her life's mission—helping people learn to speak kindly to one another.
